Ictect provided a solution utilizing Microsoft Word and the Intelligent Content Plug-In for a highly automated publication process for the AFDPO. The solution delivers:

Management at General Growth Properties
Attorneys and paralegals needed an easy-to-use platform for preparation of Contracts for tenants in the GGP owned or operated shopping malls. They use a platform based on Microsoft Word and Intelligent Content Plug-In for automated preparation of Contracts, Abstracts and Attachments. The software ensures conformance with existing clauses, compliance with business rules, and integration with financial and CRM systems.

The Joint Commission uses Intelligent Content Plug-In for managing its widely used Accreditation Standards. The Accreditation Standards are used in the Joint Commission’s software, content, websites, and print publications. The use of Intelligent Content Plug-In assures integrity of the content.

ScholarOne used Intelligent Content Plug-In for publishing the “XML First Edition” of manuscripts, as well as for performing quality checks. Integration with CrossRef and PubMed made it possible for editors to quickly check and correct references and citations within a comfortable editing environment – Microsoft Word.

the World Bank
The World Bank used Intelligent Content Plug-In for an interactive publishing of Process Flow Documents. Process Flow Documents are a combination of flow diagrams in Microsoft Visio and narratives in Microsoft Word. These documents, prepared by writers based on their interviews of subject matter experts, provide guidance to stakeholders worldwide. In the interactive website, stakeholders can drill down and view the status of their case, and obtain relevant information.

Advisory Documents at Forefield
Forefield offers its valuable and customizable financial-related content to Financial Advisors from a Web-based system. Editors at Forefield used the Intelligent Content Plug-In for ease of preparation, review, and submission of the content. Intelligent Content Plug-In seamlessly delivered XML to the web, while providing the familiar and comfortable platform for editors and subject matter experts – Microsoft Word.
Formative Assessment at Perspective Charter School, Chicago
Ictect developed a Microsoft Word and Intelligent Content Plug-In based environment for teachers to prepare their daily quizzes, in accordance with ACT standards. Teachers develop the quizzes in Microsoft Word, which are then taken by students using an Intelligent Content website for differentiated quizzes (www.difquiz.com). The solution implements Formative Assessment methodology for High school students to improve their ACT scores in Reading and Science.
